“ The Gin Joint was an our favorite spot during our vacation in Charleston. If you are looking for great cocktails this is the spot. We went here twice just so we could try out several of their drinks because they were all so good. The service was great. Sit at the bar if you can because they were all bar tender is a pro and she is fun to watch work and she answered any questions we had. I highly recommend doing the ‘Bartender’s Choice’ where you pick two adjectives that you like and you get a mystery drink. If you aren’t up to thay though you can’t go wrong with the drinks on the menu. Cant go wrong with the gin martini if nothing adventurous sounds good to you. The food menu is small, but was delicious. The whipped bone marrow dip and burger were both excellent. ”
“ Visiting the town stopped in. incredible selection of Gin and other liquor. My friend ordered a Chanel orange, tastes very bloody Mary, wasn't either our tastes they swapped it out no problem, and very knowledgeable about everything on their list. The outdoor patio is also great! ”

The drink options are phenomenal (I can't remember the last place I visited that had anise options for drinks and the cocktails were really well made. Food options are good too! We had the fried mushrooms and charcuterie platter alongside some oysters. Great service from Jacob and bartending from Veronica. Will definitely be back some day! ”
“ Can only comment on the drinks - absolutely fantastic. Awesome drink menu, extensive alcohol list, very friendly and welcoming staff who really know their stuff! We had an expecting mother in our group. No problem! They had a few upscale non-alcoholic options on the menu, so she could enjoy the same mixology experience as the rest of the group! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area! ”

Super vibey spot, with absolutely incredible service! Fun Fact - My strap on my dress actually ripped off mid-drinks & our waitress pulled out a sewing kit... & completely fixed my dress for the rest of the night. They truly go above & beyond! ”
